A customer sent this to me one time. It was her bowholder filled up with hairbows! I totally love it and saved the photo to share. This was one of the very first bowholders I made and sold back in 2007 or so.
To create this funky and flirty tutu hairbow holder, you need a variety of hot colored tulles, some crazy flowers, gorgeous neon wings, and don’t forget a hot pink criss cross for your extra hair ribbons!
While you cannot buy this bowholder anymore, you can make it on your own with my free instructions!
Please note that bowholders are meant to keep bows safe from little hands, therefore should be hung where children cannot play with or touch holders. While they are safe if they fall off the wall (not heavy), they are delicate and are not children’s items. They are meant for mom to keep from spending countless money on new bows (from lost ones!) and away from child hands, but displayed in a beautiful way that is prettier then a drawer. They are perfect for bathrooms.
Here is the pink and white gingham bow holder.
This fabric can be bought at Micheal’s and it’s very versatile.

I used to make my hairbow holders with a variety of options like these mini double bows. Just take your regular double sided satin, make into a bow, and then add tiny satin bows on top.
I also like the look of larger double bows, which are fun options. If you add different colors, you can really make the holder come together with your fabric and tulle skirt.
